Saxenhammer is pleased to announce the successful completion of the investor process for pbr. As part of the transaction, the assets of pbr Planungsbüro Rohling AG were transferred to the newly founded pbr planungs- und beratungsgesellschaft mbH, whose new majority shareholder is INROS LACKNER SE.
