Saxenhammer successfully advised F & P GmbH, the leading e-commerce retailer for DIY floor coverings in Germany under the “planeo” brand, on its sale to a private investor. Since it was founded in 2011, F & P GmbH has been a pioneer in e-commerce for DIY floor coverings and has developed a strong position in the market, particularly through professionally produced content on social networks. In addition to a wide portfolio of floor coverings, the product range includes the outdoor area and accessories.
IAs part of the transaction, the continuation of business operations was secured and a large proportion of the employees were taken on.
