Advisor to Internationaler Bund | Global Education Network Group
It was a great pleasure to exclusively advise the Internationaler Bund (IB) on the successful sale of its two universities – the Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management (HdWM) in Mannheim and the IB Hochschule für Gesundheit und Soziales, headquartered in Berlin – to the Global Education Network Group.
The new ownership structure offers both institutions the opportunity to further strengthen their international profile. The Global Education Network Group is an international education enterprise with locations in countries such as India and Canada. Going forward, international exchange programs and the integration of foreign students will be further expanded as part of the academic offering.
With this step, IB continues its strategic development while enhancing the global orientation of its universities. For students and staff, the change in ownership brings no changes; operations at both institutions will continue as usual.
