on the sale to a private investor
J.H. Pölking GmbH & Co. KG, a traditional shoe wholesaler, was successfully advised on its sale to a private investor.
For more than 130 years, J.H. Pölking has specialised in the distribution of shoes of various brands and is now one of the leading wholesalers in Europe. In addition to its broad network of over 3,000 wholesale customers, J.H. Pölking distributes shoes via retail shops and e-commerce platforms. Almost all of the 80 employees were taken on as part of the transaction.
