JT Touristik, founded in Berlin in 2009, is one of Europe's leading dynamic tour operators. The travel company offers trips with a wide range of city breaks, long-haul trips, last-minute trips as well as themed trips to 150 destinations and more than 15,000 hotels.
The subsidiary Lidl E-Commerce International GmbH & Co. KG represents the tourism business within the Schwarz Group. With the transaction, Lidl and the Schwarz Group wanted to strengthen and expand its existing travel business.
