With its approximately 810 employees, Munich-based CAMSO GmbH provides comprehensive services at Munich (MUC) and Frankfurt (FRA) airports to ensure daily air traffic. These include Terminal Services, Pick & Pack Services and Aircraft Cleaning. The company also offers airline catering for passenger and cargo flights throughout Germany.
The three buyers are renowned airport service providers and have taken over the parts of CAMSO GmbH that fit their respective core business areas.
Airline Assistance Switzerland is a young, dynamic and customer-focused aviation ground service provider based in Zürich, Switzerland and Vienna, Austria. They provide a full range of landside and airside services, from passenger services to station & load control, ramp and baggage sorting services.
Wieprecht Services has been a successful, medium-sized provider of infrastructural services in facility management and aviation for decades. The range of services offered by Wieprecht Services has always been particularly diverse and is concentrated in the areas of cleaning services and facility services. Since 1994, the airport services division has complemented these core competences and is currently established at six German airports.
The ray facility management group is a sustainable and innovative service provider that offers a full range of integrated facility management services. This includes infrastructural, technical and commercial facility management, from building cleaning and energy management to procurement management at 18 locations in Germany and Europe.
