Advisor to SCS Stahlschmidt Cable Systems
on the sale to Suprajit USA Inc.

Saxenhammer exclusively advised SCS Stahlschmidt Cable Systems on the sale to Suprajit USA Inc., a subsidiary of Suprajit Engineering Ltd.
The SCS group is specialized in the production of components and assemblies for Bowden cables and mechanical release systems and employs around 1,000 people worldwide at its sites in Germany, Poland, Morocco, Canada and China. The products are used for example in car doors, front and tailgates and seat systems.
