Advisor to Styleboom Styleboom | 77 Urban Streetwear
in the comprehensive restructuring solution
The Styleboom Textilhandels GmbH & Co. KG, based in Geldern, Germany, has now achieved a comprehensive restructuring solution.
Styleboom, which has been established on the market since 2009, operates an online fashion store under the brand 77 Urban Streetwear, which focuses on attractively priced fashion for men, women and children. In addition to 48 renowned third-party brands such as Only and Vero Moda, Styleboom also sells six of its own brands. Most recently, Styleboom was able to achieve annual sales of more than 50 million EUR with 80 highly qualified employees.
Due to fluctuations in sales, the company has run into a liquidity crisis. At the end of May 2024, Attorney Dr. Peter Minuth was appointed provisional insolvency administrator, under whose responsibility the company was continued in full.
Following an international investor process, we have now succeeded in agreeing a comprehensive restructuring solution for Styleboom with a Europe-wide company group, through which the Geldern location will be continued. The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the contract.
