Priyanshu Bhattacharya

Priyanshu Bhattacharya is Director at Saxenhammer and part of the Technology Investment Banking Team. He is located in London and specialises in advising European technology-centric growth companies on corporate finance matters, including M&A, capital raise, and restructuring.

Priyanshu has over twelve years of corporate finance and management consulting experience. Successfully marrying deep technical understanding with corporate finance expertise, Priyanshu has worked on over thirty M&A advisory and financing transactions in a wide range of technology sub-segments.

Before joining Saxenhammer, Priyanshu worked as Vice President with the French investment bank, Bryan Garnier & Co., co-leading the firm's effort in developing the smart industry franchise.

Prior to that, Priyanshu held positions at Cisco and Tata Consultancy Services. He worked on several consulting assignments across North American and European markets in the healthcare, hi-tech and financial services sector while advising Fortune-100 companies such as Novartis, GE, Apple and Airbus on various technology and digitalisation initiatives.
