Christoph is a Partner at Saxenhammer.
He has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate and Structured Finance, mezzanine financing, and Private Equity.
After starting his career at Dresdner Kleinwort and Commerzbank where he most recently served as Managing Director responsible for equity and mezzanine transactions as well as the management of a diversified investment portfolio he joined the independent investment and advisory firms Novum Capital and later Value Scouts Capital as Managing Partner. He subsequently became a Partner at Clairfield International and is now a Partner at Saxenhammer.
At Saxenhammer, Christoph focuses on advising mid sized companies on buy and sell side M&A transactions as well as on equity, mezzanine and debt financings for companies and projects, particularly in the real estate sector. He has advised a wide range of companies and projects across multiple industries, with a strong focus on Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Cleantech, Infrastructure and Real Estate. Christoph is the responsible Partner for the Real Estate sector at Saxenhammer.
Christoph studied Business Administration at the Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU) and holds a PhD in Finance with a focus on Private Equity.
