Prospects of success in the industry

The automotive industry is facing a fundamental structural change. The production and manufacturing processes of manufacturers and suppliers are being automated on an ongoing basis, resulting in a profound change in value chains. In the future, the focus will no longer be on the car itself - instead, mobility as a whole must be considered.

While the market harbours great potential, numerous industry players are in a tense situation at the same time. The pressure to consolidate within the industry is increasing, especially in the SME market environment.

We will see strong consolidation, especially in the automotive industry. Even before 2019, the industry was in a state of upheaval. Groups are trying to increase their own vertical integration by taking over suppliers.
