Ilja Litichevski is a Director at Saxenhammer.
Ilja joined the Saxenhammer team in 2024 and has more than 13 years of experience in M&A advisory and corporate finance and has successfully completed many national and international advisory projects for both large corporations and medium-sized companies.
Prior to joining Saxenhammer, he was a Director at Markus Partners in Frankfurt am Main. Other positions included Clearwater International and IKB Deutsche Industriebank. Ilja has worked on M&A transactions in many different industries.
Ilja studied economics at the University of Cologne and holds a degree in business administration, specialising in corporate finance and banking.
He speaks German, English and Russian.
