Jörg Schürmann is Managing Director and Head of Real Estate M&A and Capital Advisory at Saxenhammer.
Jörg is an experienced investment banker and corporate finance advisor with over 25 years of experience in M&A, equity capital raising and debt advisory. He specializes in structuring and implementing complex financing and M&A transaction solutions primarily for companies in the real estate sector but also in other sectors such as infrastructure and renewable energies.
During his career, Jörg has worked for UBS Investment Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JLL Corporate Finance, IKB Dt. Industriebank and Deloitte Corporate Finance, among others. In addition, he is a lecturer for real estate finance in the Master's program at the TH Aschaffenburg.
His focus is on building long-term partnerships and acquiring new clients by developing customized strategies that help both institutional investors and companies achieve their financing and growth objectives.
He has an extensive network in the financial and real estate sector and a proven track record in the acquisition and execution of transactions.
Jörg holds a degree in business administration from WHU Koblenz.
