In addition to M&A transactions, the mandates also included debt and equity capital markets transactions.
Before moving to Saxenhammer, he worked as a director at Markus Partners. Further positions included PwC M&A, Clearwater International, IKB Deutsche Industriebank and WestLB. Josef has supported a wide range of industries in his M&A transactions and has extensive transaction experience, particularly in the consumer goods and retail, food, catering, fashion and textile sectors.
He speaks English, German and Greek.
