Martin has outstanding expertise in corporate finance and capital structures, including classic corporate as well as acquisition finance and solutions for restructuring situations (bridge, new financing building blocks, etc.). Martin advises on (re-)financing transactions for companies in all sectors and project finance including greenfield/brownfield/decarbonization projects (hydrogen, steel, etc.) and also advises on transactions in the areas of real estate, infrastructure, green energy, defense. The expertise includes in-balance and off-balance solutions as well as complex cross-border and capital markets issues.
