Martin has been partner at Clairfield since 2016 and at Saxenhammer since 2025.
He has more than 20 years of experience in international M&A and co-heads Clairfield’s global consumer & retail practice. Prior to joining Clairfield, Martin was Managing Partner at First Capital Partners, a Frankfurt-based corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions boutique. Further milestones in his career include the London-based consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting where he executed numerous projects in retail, consumer goods, utilities, and financial services.
Martin holds a Master’s degree in in business administration from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
