Serge is a Partner at Saxenhammer.
He has flourished in Mergers & Acquisitions and capital markets since he launched his career in 1997.
After working for Sal. Oppenheim, HSBC and UBS, he spent six years as Managing Director of the pan-European investment bank Kepler Chevreux (formerly Kepler Capital Markets). In 2019, he joined Clairfield International as a partner. Serge successfully advised on a large number of transactions in a variety of industries, including consumer products/food, business and financial services, technology and real estate. In 2014, he has been appointed as a Professor of Investment Banking at HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen.
Serge studied economics and business administration at EBS University Oestrich-Winkel, the University of Bonn, ESC Dijon and AGSIM Thunderbird Glendale/USA, and earned his doctorate at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
