Serge is a partner at Saxenhammer.
He has worked in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets since 1997.
After working for Sal. Oppenheim, HSBC and UBS, he was managing director of the pan-European investment bank Kepler Chevreux (formerly Kepler Capital Markets) for six years. He specialized in the energy sector for E.on, Techem, Essent and other cleantech companies. Since 2014 he has also been a professor of investment banking at the HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen.
Serge studied economics at the EBS University Oestrich-Winkel, the University of Bonn, ESC Dijon, and AGSIM Thunderbird Glendale/USA and holds a doctorate from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
