Thomas Lehmann

Background

Thomas Lehmann is a Senior Adviser at Saxenhammer and heads with Josef Spanidis the Frankfurt office.

Thomas holds a degree in Business Administration from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main. He started his career at Price Waterhouse, including as a co-founder of the Intellectual Asset Management team in Frankfurt. He later joined the Frankfurt M&A boutique Peters Associates AG (now Lincoln International), where he rose to Director and Shareholder. He worked as Managing Director (M&A) at ChemAdvice AG, a specialized "post executives" advisory firm focusing on the chemical industry, and as Managing Director of Euronutra Beteiligungs-GmbH, a biotechnology investment company.

Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance/M&A. He advises owners and shareholders of medium-sized companies, international groups and their subsidiaries as well as private equity companies, successfully working together with management. His consulting focus is on transaction strategy, initiation, execution and financing of national and cross-border cooperations, acquisitions and divestitures.

He gained further experience in successfully assisting his clients in special situations and post-merger integration. Thomas speaks German, English and Spanish.
