Saxenhammer integrates the Clairfield Germany team and becomes a partner of Clairfield International

Berlin, July 1, 2025 – Saxenhammer, one of the leading independent M&A advisory firms for medium-sized companies, is further expanding its strong position in mid-market M&A and integrating the Frankfurt team of Clairfield Germany. As part of this growth strategy, Saxenhammer will become an official partner of Clairfield International.

The partnership marks a significant step for both organizations: Saxenhammer is strengthening its market position in German-speaking countries and becoming part of a global corporate finance network with a presence in over 32 countries.

For Clairfield International, the collaboration with Saxenhammer represents a substantially strengthened presence in Germany with a clear growth trajectory. Clairfield currently ranks among the top 10 firms in the European M&A market. With Saxenhammer joining the firm and its strong deal pipeline, Clairfield expects to be among the top five M&A advisors in Europe.
