Chris Schindler

Chris is Senior Adviser at Saxenhammer and Co-Lead of the CDI Global Automotive Sector Practice Group.

Chris has more than 30 years of experience in Partner-level execution of international M&A, corporate finance, and restructuring assignments spanning a range of countries and industries. He is a former Partner of KPMG Corporate Finance, Senior Adviser in the Automotive Transaction Services Division of EY, Deputy Chairman of Peters Associates (now Lincoln International), Managing Director of Grant Thornton's Recovery & Reorganisation Division, and Head of Europe for BBK, Ltd., a Detroit-based advisery firm working almost exclusively for General Motors, Chrysler, Daimler, and Toyota in managing global troubled supplier cases.

He holds an MBA from Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt and an A.B in Economics from Harvard University.
