Felix Engelhardt, CFA

Felix Engelhardt is Managing Director at Saxenhammer and leads the newly founded Digital Unit with 10+ FTEs after having joined Saxenhammer in 2021.

Prior to joining Saxenhammer, he successfully built-up and managed the M&A division at Carl Finance GmbH consisting of over 20 M&A professionals. As Head of M&A, he originated and executed over 30 M&A mandates across different industries. Felix pursues a sales-driven M&A approach which is reflected in his constant drive to develop innovative products and solutions for his clients. Before that, Felix gained Investment Banking experience at Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, and UBS both in London and Frankfurt. Felix has an entrepreneurial sales and marketing background. He was managing partner at an IT and marketing agency that he has successfully exited in 2015.

He graduated from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management with a Master of Finance degree and is also a CFA Charterholder. He has been guest lecturer at renowned universities such as Maastricht and Frankfurt School of Finance. He is one of the leading voices in the German speaking finance industry, reflected by 15,000+ Followers on LinkedIn.
