Philipp Köppe

Background

Philipp Köppe is Vice President at Saxenhammer and part of the Digital Unit's Management Team. Philipp is responsible for large parts of the Digital Units client-facing operations. He plays an integral part in the cultivation of new- and the development of existing client relationships. His focus lies on the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions. Before joining Saxenhammer in 2021, Philipp was Senior Analyst at Carl Finance GmbH. During this time, he contributed to the acquisition of dozens of buy and sell side mandates allowing him to gain expert-level knowledge in sales-driven M&A processes. Relatedly, he instructed and mentored over 30 bankers in sales, M&A, and company valuation. Earlier in his career, Philipp accumulated valuable experience as Consulting Manager at any.b Consulting. He graduated from European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).
