Thomas Lehmann

Thomas Lehmann is Senior Adviser at Saxenhammer and Head of Frankfurt Office.

Thomas holds a degree in economics "Diplom-Kaufmann” (Master in Business Administration) of Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität, Frankfurt am Main. He started his career at Price Waterhouse, amongst others as co-founder of the Intellectual Asset Management Team in Frankfurt. He later joined the Frankfurt M&A boutique Peters Associates AG (today Lincoln International), rising to become Director and shareholder. He worked as Managing Director (M&A) at ChemAdvice AG, a specialized „post executives“ advisery firm with focus on the chemical industry and Managing Director of Euronutra Beteiligungs-GmbH, a bio-technology investment company.

Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance/M&A. He advises the owners and shareholders of mid-sized companies, international conglomerates and their subsidiaries as well as private equity companies, working successfully in close cooperation with the management. His advisery focus are transaction-strategy, initiation, management, execution and financing of national and cross-border cooperation, acquisitions and divestitures. He gained further experience in successfully assisting his clients in special situations and in post-merger-integration. Thomas speaks German, English and Spanish.
