Saxenhammer & Co. Corporate Finance GmbH ("Saxenhammer") acted as the investment banker to Liechtensteinische Post AG for the divestment of newtron AG (“NEWTRON”) to SupplyOn AG ("SupplyOn"). The transaction closed in January 1st, 2017.
NEWTRON, was founded in 1998 is a leading provider of web-based solutions for the optimization of business relations between suppliers and purchasing companies. As the only company in the DACH region, the solutions can offer an integrated approach to digitizing the entire procurement process within its value chain. SupplyOn AG, a leading provider of supply chain collaboration solutions for the manufacturing industry.
