Saxenhammer & Co. establishes a digital M&A unit

Saxenhammer & Co. has hired Felix Engelhardt, CFA as a Managing Director. He will be responsible for the origination and execution of M&A deals and the management of the new business unit. Engelhardt comes from the Berlin-based M&A platform Carl, where he worked as “Head of M&A” since the beginning of 2018. “Felix Engelhardt has a considerable track record in the acquisition of new mandates, which he has also executed to a large extent” reports Christian Saxenhammer.
