Saxenhammer acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the SKB-GROUP on the sale of SKG Netzwerktechnik GmbH, a leading Austrian supplier of network technology and cabling products including its own manufacturing facility in Slovakia, to Amadys.
Amadys is a leading end-to-end system integrator and operates in the Benelux countries, Germany, Denmark, Austria and Slovakia. In this transaction, Amadys acquired 100% of the shares in SKG Netzwerktechnik GmbH.
